The Practitioner Programme
is a thirteen (13) month programme for FertilityCare
Professionals. It
is run by the St.
Joseph
FertilityCare
Education
Programme. This
programme's curriculum is divided into two education phases conducted
in Galway, Ireland and two supervised practica completed at the
student's home location. Supervision is provided through an innovative
system of long distance monitoring and On-Site Visitation by a member
of the faculty near the conclusion of the second practicum.
All students enrolled in the Practitioner
Programme are required to take a criterion referenced, professionally
administered final certificate examination, following successful
completion of the two education phases and two supervised practica.

The Medical Consultant
Programme is a six (6) month programme designed to train physicians
to incorporate the newly emerging science of
NaProTechnology into their medical
practices. It also assists the physician to work in a supportive
or administrative role in FertilityCare
Programmes. This programme's curriculum is divided into two
education phases and one supervised practicum. The first Education
phase can be conducted in Galway and the second in Omaha, Nebraska
USA. The final certificate examination is taken at the conclusion
of the second education phase in Omaha. Your application for this
programme is made directly to Omaha (http://www.popepaulvi.com/Education1.htm)
and if accepted, you can attend EP 1 in either Galway or Omaha,
but EP2 is in Omaha only.
Physicians enrolled in
the Medical Consultant Programme should understand that the medical
applications they will learn are related specifically to the CREIGHTON
MODEL FertilityCare
System. Thus, they should plan to have a FertilityCare
Practitioner available. It is possible for a physician to
enrol in a combined Medical Consultant/Practitioner Programme, but
one must have sufficient time to complete this demanding course.
